Work at Height Refresher Course, for work activities that expose the worker to the risk of falls, from a height greater than 2 meters above a stable surface.
Working at heights can expose workers to particularly serious risks to their health and safety. In particular, the risks of falling from a height represent a high percentage of the number of accidents, especially regarding fatal accidents. The art. 77 of Legislative Decree 81/08 imposes the obligation to periodically update training and training regarding the correct use and practical use of category III PPE, which includes fall arrest devices, for all workers who they have to make use of it.
The Work at Height Update is carried out together with the 3rd Category PPE update, has a five-year expiry date and a total duration of 4 hours.
Theoretical and practical tests will be carried out to evaluate the knowledge acquired during the course; a certificate of participation/training will be issued to those who successfully pass them.
