The Person in Charge Update is mandatory, as indicated in paragraph 7 of the art. 37 Legislative Decree 81/08, as a periodic update of training, in relation to their duties regarding health and safety at work.

The Agreement of the State-Regions Conference for training of 21 December 2011 establishes that the training of those in charge must be updated every five years, starting from the date of participation in the basic courses, in compliance with the provisions of the agreement.

The course allows you to update your skills and knowledge regarding workplace safety, taking into account the peculiarities of the functions dictated by the role assigned. The course is designed to provide managers with legal-regulatory insights, technical updates, updates on the organization and management of safety and sources of risk.

The Supervisor Update lasts 6 hours and expires every five years.

Theoretical tests will be carried out to evaluate the knowledge acquired during the course; a certificate of participation/training will be issued to those who successfully pass them.
