Managers’ update on safety, for the periodic renewal of managers’ training.

As indicated in paragraph 7 of the art. 37 Legislative Decree 81/08, managers receive adequate and specific training and periodic updates from the employer in relation to their duties regarding health and safety at work. The State-Regions Conference Agreement for training of 21 December 2011 establishes that the training of managers must be updated every 5 years from the date of participation in the basic management course. The managers’ refresher course, which lasts 6 hours, allows you to update your skills and knowledge regarding workplace safety, taking into account the peculiarities of the functions dictated by the role assigned.

The update is designed to provide managers with legal-regulatory insights, technical updates, updates on the organization and management of safety and sources of risk.

Theoretical tests will be carried out to evaluate the knowledge acquired during the refresher course. A certificate of participation/training will be issued to those who successfully pass them.
