IN THE CLASSROOM

RSPP Employer Refresher Course, for periodic training updates. The Employer who holds the role of Prevention and Protection Service Manager must update the training every five years, as indicated in paragraph 3 of art. 34 Legislative Decree 81/08 and specified by the State-Regions Agreement of 12/21/2011. The RSPP Employer refresher course allows you to update your skills and knowledge regarding safety at work, taking into account the peculiarities of the functions of the position. The course is structured to provide RSPP Employers with legal-regulatory insights, technical updates, updates on the organization and management of safety and sources of risk. The training courses are structured according to the company’s risk classification:

low risk companies – 6 hours
medium risk companies – 10 hours
high risk companies – 14 hours

Theoretical tests will be carried out to evaluate the knowledge acquired during the RSPP Employer course. A certificate of participation/training will be issued to those who successfully pass them.

Recipients: Employers who directly carry out the RSPP task

Duration: 6 hours (low risk) – 10 hours (medium risk) – 14 hours (high risk)

Type of training: classroom / home course

Locations: at our headquarters in Lecce or at home

Training certificate: certificate valid throughout Italy, for the purposes of the legislation in question

Requirements: understanding of the Italian language

Update: every 5 years
