IN THE CLASSROOM
Training course ASPP / RSPP Module A for Employees and Managers of the Prevention and Protection Service lasting 28 hours, necessary to carry out the function of designated ASPP / RSPP, pursuant to Article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments. and the Agreement of the State-Regions Conference of 7 July 2016.
The RSPP (Prevention and Protection Service Managers) must necessarily follow the entire training course structured in three distinct modules A, B and C, while the ASPP (Prevention and Protection Service Employees) must only attend modules A and B.
The State-Regions Conference Agreement of 07/07/2016 specifies the duration and contents of the ASPP/RSPP Module A course. Module A is the basic module and is preparatory for accessing the other modules and passing allows you to continue with Modules B and C.
Participation in the classroom or online
The ASPP / RSPP Module A course can be carried out in the classroom, at one of our accredited locations (Caronno Pertusella VA and Nuoro NU), or online in e-learning mode, by registering on the dedicated ASPP RSPP Module A Online Course page.
Attendance Exemptions
Those who have obtained a degree in one of the classes indicated in Annex I of the State-Regions Conference Agreement of 07/07/2016 are exempted from attending the RSPP Module A and RSPP Module B training courses.
Participation Requirements
As indicated in art 32, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 81/08, in order to participate in the course it is necessary to have obtained a high school diploma.
Final Evaluation Test
The course includes a final evaluation exam, which must be passed in order to obtain the training certificate.

Teaching Unit A 3 – 8 hours
The risk assessment process- Concepts of danger, risk, harm, prevention and protection
- Precautionary principle: attention to pregnant workers, gender differences, age, origin from other countries and those connected to the specific type of contract through which the work is performed
- Analysis of accidents: causes, methods of occurrence, indicators, statistical analysis and trends over time, accident register
- Analysis of occupational diseases: causes, methods of occurrence, indicators, statistical analysis and trends over time

- Health surveillance: objectives and obligations, specific protections for working mothers, minors, disabled people, medical visits and suitability judgements, appeals

Relational institutes: information, education, training, consultation and participation- Information, education and training of the subjects provided for in Legislative Decree 81/08 Corporate safety consultation
