Module B refresher course for RSPP and ASPP Appointed, pursuant to the State-Regions Agreement of 7 July 2016.
According to the art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State-Regions Agreement of 01/26/2006, anyone who holds the position of Nominated RSPP or ASPP must attend the Module B refresher course, to avoid sanctions and be in compliance with the legislation regarding Health and Safety at Work.
The duration of the refresher course varies based on the role:
- RSPP: 40 hours
- ASPP: 20 hours
Training must be updated every 5 years; it is advisable to update 20% of the total hours annually.
Theoretical tests will be carried out to evaluate the knowledge acquired during the course; a certificate of participation/training will be issued to those who successfully pass them.
