Worker Training Update, for the periodic renewal of specific worker training.
The update must be carried out every 5 years, with a duration of 6 hours, by workers who have attended the basic Specific Training course, as required by the State-Regions Conference Agreement for training of 21 December 2011
The content of the Worker Training Update will cover different topics compared to those covered in the previously attended course. Legal-regulatory insights will be exposed; technical updates on the risks to which workers are exposed; updates on the organization and management of safety in the company; sources of risk and related prevention measures. The refresher program is designed to update workers’ knowledge of prevention and protection measures useful for protecting health and safety in companies.
Theoretical tests will be carried out to evaluate the knowledge acquired during the course; a certificate of participation/training will be issued to those who successfully pass them.
